L'Institut canadien de Québec & Québec en toutes lettres
L’ICQ has been providing Québec citizens with access to knowledge and culture for 175 years. The organization manages 26 public libraries, the Première Ovation program for emerging literary artists and the annual Québec en toutes lettres festival.
